Returns, Refunds & Exchanges

Silver Creek Glass & Jewelry is committed to providing quality glass and jewelry pieces and polite customer service. If your piece has been described, explained, depicted, or represented wrong or if the item contains a construction error, a refund or store credit may be given. Returned pieces should be postmarked within 15 days from purchase for domestic orders and 45 days from the purchase date for international orders. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.

• I do not accept returns or exchanges for custom or memorial work.
• For safety reasons, returns or exchanges of earrings will not be accepted.
• If you received your piece as a gift it can be returned for store credit only.
• Gift Certificates are non-refundable.

Please be aware that once I receive and check your piece that it can take 3-10 business days to process your return.

Please contact Silver Creek Glass & Jewelry to arrange the exchange or return within the specified time. The piece must be returned in its original packaging, intact, unused, and include any original sales receipts.

NOTE: If the piece being returned has broken bits and pieces, please be sure to include all the bits in the return envelope with the original packaging.
