Do you accept requests for custom work?

Yes, I do! I will have it posted on when I do I will announce it on my website and social media. Until then, you can find beautiful pieces of art in the store so be sure to visit often!

Do you offer gift wrapping or personalized gift messages with my purchase?

Yes, I do offer these services for an additional charge. Contact me.

What is the difference between made-to-order (MTO),  ready-to-ship (RTS) and custom work?

MTO is a specific collection or design that I offer that will be made at the time of purchase. Usually, color or size is the only variable that changes with these types of items. Ready-to-ship (RTS) items are items are already made and just need to be packaged and shipped. RTS items are perfect if you need a great gift but you are pressed for time. Like ready-to-ship (RTS) items, MTO items are paid for in full at the time of purchase. Custom work is work that you want to be made specifically for you. It can be modifications to designs that I offer or your very own design. Custom work requires a 50% non-refundable deposit before work begins and must be paid in full before item(s) ship.

Do you use other precious metals besides silver?

There are other metals? LOL Seriously though, to this point I have not used other metals as I prefer sterling and fine silver.

Why are different colors of glass different prices?

Glass is expensive and colored glass doubly so. It depends on the manufacturer and the ingredients. I'm happy to say that I use quality glass from across the borosilicate glass industry.

What’s up with the glass color names?

I'd love to take credit for the creative naming of glass colors, but I can't. Each glasshouse names its own colors.

Memorial

I’m interested to know the process of ordering a memorial piece.

Will I be able to see my loved one’s ashes in the piece?

It depends on the design and colors you choose, but yes, in most designs, you can see the cremains. Please let me know if you would prefer that the cremains not be visible.

What do you do with any unused cremains?

When ordering your memorial you have the option to have the unused ashes returned to you or scattered. Usually, only a small amount of ashes remain after your memorial is made. If you've chosen to have me scatter the ashes, I do that at one of the surrounding lakes or the Pearl River. I send you a photo or video of the location as well.

Do I have to send all the ashes?

No, I only require a small amount of ashes for your memorial, less than a spoonful in fact. The vial in your collection kit is marked so you need just enough to reach the mark.

I have the ashes of multiple people/pets. What are my options?

Some folks choose to mix a small amount of the cremains of several loved ones and then have one memorial created. Others folks have individual memorials created for each one.

My whole family wants memorials, but we can’t decide what each of us wants. Can you help?

Don't worry, I got you! For large family/friends orders, one person places their order to get the collection kit. They send the kit back. Family/friends can then place their orders, noting that this is part of a family/friends order and including the order number from the original order. I'll hold the ashes until everyone has ordered.

Yes, it is safe to order on silvercreekglassandjewelry.com. Silvercreekglassandjewelry.com uses industry-standard encryption technologies when transferring and receiving customer data exchanged with our site server. Your credit card information is not stored on Silvercreekglassandjewelry.com or on its servers.

What shipping options are available?

Can I cancel or modify an order?

Ready-to-ship items can be canceled before they ship. Once an order has shipped, I am unable to cancel or modify your order. Made-to-order (MTO), custom and memorial work can be modified or canceled before work begins. When work has started, you're unable to cancel your order. All deposits are non-refundable.

Is wholesale available?

At this time I do not offer wholesale purchasing but let's chat!

What are your return/exchange policies?

What are your payment policies?

I accept credit/debit cards via Stripe Gateway, PayPal, or cash, GPay and Apple Pay. Payment in full is expected at the time of purchase unless you have made a payment plan with me. Custom or memorial work requires 50% non-refundable deposit before work begins. Work must be paid in full before item(s) ship. I do offer layaway options so contact me to work something out.
